How do I update to the new Wondrwall app?
If you already have the Wondrwall app installed, it may update automatically if you have auto-updates enabled. If not, simply head to the App Store or Google Play and update it like any other app. New or reinstalling? Just search “Wondrwall” and download the latest version.
Can I just log in to the new app, or will I need to set up my home again?
No need to start from scratch — your Wondrwall home is stored securely in our cloud. Just sign in using your Amazon account and you’ll be right where you left off.
Will my heating schedules and other settings be copied across to the new app?
Yes. All of your existing settings — including lighting preferences, heating schedules, and behaviours — will carry over automatically. There’s nothing you need to reconfigure unless you want to make changes.
What support is offered to help users familiarise themselves with the new app?
The app has been designed to feel instantly familiar, with new features introduced gradually. If you need help, our Support Hub is packed with walkthroughs and videos — and if you have questions, live chat is available on this page.
Can I add devices from Wondrwall’s partners to the new app?
Yes. Just tap the ‘+’ icon on the home screen and head to the ‘Add Device’ tab. From there, you’ll find guided steps to connect supported devices like Mixergy and Sonos, with more integrations coming soon.
