Today we are announcing Wondrwall Energy Service Contracts (ESC) – a funded solution for the UK and European housebuilding market to deploy intelligent net zero energy homes at scale, without additional upfront costs for homebuyers or housebuilders.

For the first time, In-Roof Mounted Solar PV, Battery Storage, Inverter and EV Charger can be supplied, installed and fully-maintained at no cost to the housebuilder. By saving up to £10k of incremental costs, ESC effectively enables housebuilders to deliver intelligent net zero energy homes at the same cost as a current gas heated home.

The Sunday Times reported over the weekend on the benefits ESC offers both the industry and the consumer. By using a portion of the homeowner savings generated by Wondrwall technology to cover the ESC service charge, we break the deadlock on delivering intelligent net-zero energy homes, eliminating the ‘green premium’ for consumers who can still enjoy reduced energy bills.
